Here is a unique offering of a Questar 3.5" Maksutov Telescope made in 1977. It features Broad Band Coatings on the front Corrector Lens. The mirror is pristine. This is a tube assembly from a Duplex Model. The outer slip-on dew shield is a bit marked and there is a small nick in the metal of the "finder flip housing" which does not effect function at all. The underlying main tube assembly is excellent. It was serviced by Questar in 1992. Included is the 3.5" Optical Tube Assembly, a 24mm Questar Brandon Eyepiece, a camera adapter which accepts your T42 ring that we added a 1.25" nose to so it slips into the top port of the Questar and becomes an apo high power lens, and it also features the Solar Filter that flips down over the finder mode mirror. While the Pelican 1450 Case is rather scuffed, it is very solid and functional as an excellent protection for your treasured Questar Telescope.
